Configuring Dialup Internet Access with Windows XP

 

Step 1
 
Click the start menu and select Settings --> Control Panel

Click "Network and Internet Connections"

Click "Set up or change your Internet connection"

Click the "Connections" tab

Select "Dial-up to private network," 
Click "Next"

Enter your local access number in the "Phone Number" text box. Flagstaff is 214-1565, for all other locations, click here to get the number.
Click "Next"

Type "APSCC" in the text box
click the "Finish" button

 

  
Step 8
 
Click the "OK" button.

 

  
Step 9
 
In the "user name" and "password" text boxes, enter your user name (the one you use for APSCC email) and password'
Click the "Properties" button.

Select the "Run Script" check box

 

  
Step 11
 
In the "Run Script" text box, type the path to the location you saved "apsccppp.scp" to.

To connect, click "Stat --> Settings --> Connect to --> APSCC.
