APSCC offers a variety of services for districts of all sizes. We view ourselves as an extension of your school. Our staff is small
enough to know the people at your school, know your needs, and know your
environment. When you call us for support, you will not get a nameless
person on a help desk, you will get someone that knows you and cares about
helping you get your job done in the most efficient manner possible.
APSCC currently provides solutions, training
and support in the following areas:
Our costs are based upon the services that you wish to use. The costs
that APSCC incurs for providing each service is split among the districts using
the services. By sharing the resources and staff of APSCC, schools are
able to maintain a much higher level of technical proficiency and support than
if they had to pay all the costs themselves. We also are invaluable when
you have personnel turnover. We are there for support in the interim and
will provide training for your new hires.
Many schools are not members and pay slightly higher rates for services such
as web filtering.
We have created a document that attempts to define the access that APSCC
needs to provide effective remote support.
